RUKI contributed to the execution of Brookfield Properties’ annual SOX compliance testing, supporting key testing activities. Services provided include:
Evaluated internal controls over capital project contract and payment processes
Conducted process walkthroughs to document key controls, workflows, and control owners
Tested controls for design and operating effectiveness, including sample-based transaction testing
Identified control gaps, deficiencies, and areas for improvement
