RUKI is part of the team providing Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), compliance review and audit readiness services on the $19 Billion Hudson Tunnel Project. Services provided includes: 

  • Providing overall guidance on all compliance requirements related to request project funding and disbursements

  • Developing procedures for invoice and vendor disbursement request review and validation

  • Performing QA/QC reviews on invoice and procurement packages to assess compliance with outlined procedures as well as grant funding requirements

  • Developing procedures for grant closeout and audit readiness
