RUKI is part of the team providing construction auditing and compliance services on the $9.5 Billion JFK Airport Redevelopment Project. Services provided includes: 

  • Examining change orders, claims, contingency fund usage, revolving fund activity 

  • Examining Project Financial Reporting including cost and weekly/monthly project reports  

  • Evaluating project management processes and internal controls to identify control weaknesses and strengthen key control activities

  • Ensuring compliance with design build agreement
