Grant Management

RUKI is providing end-to-end grant management on the $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) grant received from the State of New York. Services provided includes: 

  • Developed program guidelines and grant application materials

  • Led program outreach and conducted public information sessions

  • Managed the application intake and review process

  • Reviewed project cost estimates, financing plans, SEQR documentation, and designs for program compliance

  • Supported grantees in obtaining required approvals (planning, historic, and preservation boards)

  • Prepared procurement and contracting documentation

  • Performed periodic construction oversight to ensure alignment with program requirements

  • Facilitated grant reimbursements, ensuring all eligible costs were properly reviewed and reimbursed to grantees

  • Led stakeholder communications and proactively managed issue resolution

  • Maintained an audit-ready program through structured documentation and strong compliance practices
