RUKI supported UNDP in the evaluation and enhancement of its workers’ compensation claims process by designing a solution to automate, streamline, and simplify workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Services provided include:
Conducted current-state assessments through stakeholder interviews and process reviews to identify strengths, gaps, and inefficiencies
Gathered and defined functional requirements
Developed design documentation outlining system requirements, workflows, and supporting templates
Led solutioning sessions with process owners, IT, and solution architects to define the future-state process
Developed an implementation plan for deployment in ServiceNow
