Business Process Reengineering

RUKI supported UNDP in the evaluation and enhancement of its workers’ compensation claims process by designing a solution to automate, streamline, and simplify workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Services provided include: 

  • Conducted current-state assessments through stakeholder interviews and process reviews to identify strengths, gaps, and inefficiencies

  • Gathered and defined functional requirements

  • Developed design documentation outlining system requirements, workflows, and supporting templates

  • Led solutioning sessions with process owners, IT, and solution architects to define the future-state process

  • Developed an implementation plan for deployment in ServiceNow
